An invisible cell can encompass infinite number of galaxies that the mind can not grasp. I love to observe and ponder how a stone one day can be absorbed into the soil, and after a long time will, perhaps, become a plant or a tree, animal or a man. I marvel at how a beautiful flower wakes up to a rain, to a new season, to a new day; how fascinating an intricate details on a bee or a butterfly, a caterpillar or a flower; how a river can whisper you thousands of stories, teach wisdom and show unity of all the forms; I am astonished by the magic beauty, but at the same time fragility of all the species and of life itself.”

Lola Angelini’s stepping stone into the Art Dimension occurred at the age of 13 when an older friend brought slides of El Greco and other Renaissance artists’ paintings. Lying on the floor watching the slide show of these masterpieces projected onto the ceiling with Albinoni’s “Adagio” playing on the background, she felt compelled by a parallel, mystical dimension of El Greco’s timeless world.
Lola’s arrival in the States from Russia at age 20 began in New York City offering her a wild range of experiences from amazing and fascinating to dark, stormy and heartbreaking. It was a time of excitement as well as personal struggles and journeys, all without a pause.
She then took up studies at New York University, beginning with an Art History major and concentration on Eastern Philosophies; then on to Contemporary Art Course at Christie’s Auction; studies of Art and Architecture of Paris, while living in Paris for a short period; painting classes at the National Academy School of Fine Arts in New York; management of an art gallery in SOHO and then to Wall Street business ventures over the course of ten years.
One day her inner voice spoke to let her know: this is not what you want anymore, city life does not nourish your soul any longer, it does not uplift your spirit, you must escape this urban frenzy. Lola found refuge in her ideal setting of Florida where she is driven by nature, the mesmerizing sun, all embracing ocean, infinite blue skies, a life of solitude, meaning and creation, but more importantly a renewed sense of self.
Lola’s camera is an extension of herself as she photographs just about anything, from textures, to nature, wild life, plants, birds, people, self portraits, etc., resulting in an enormous stock of photographs that she incorporates into her exquisite art.
Creating is a spiritual process for Lola and for the most part improvisational and spontaneous. It is also a self-discovery process. Her work is often eclectic, ranging in between surreal, to emotive, to existential expressionism, to nature, to fantasy; often inspired by a thought or a mood or an experience, book or a song, movie or simply a vibe; her pieces are dark or colorful, dreamy, contemplative, meditative or even graphically violent.
Lola’s urge to create is constant, the need to release it, to replenish my energy, to inspire others through communicating to the viewer a spectrum of human conditions, by splashing all the colors of life onto the screen canvas.
Ms. Angelini enjoys running a business along with her husband and dedicates meaningful time to the nourishment of soul whether it is through art creations, fostering and volunteering at the local animal shelter or helping less fortunate at the point of their need at the local Church. Reborn.” Judy Mochoskay Judy Mochoskay began keeping a journal of “word expressions” in the summer of 2013, exploring emotional landscapes never before traveled. She had not written in decades, but at the encouragement of readers this body of work began taking shape during snow-bound months of travels around the world via internet friendships.”You will be writing a book about what you see and feel..” shared a friend in a private reading.. One late December evening, another friend attached an image that shook her, by artist Clement. Judy was captivated, driven to explore his digital art. There was something deep within her that needed to see more of his visions and soul shaking, psychological layering. Her words flowed as easily as automatic writing. Intuitive, creative messages came soon after she caught her breath from sinking into one of Clement's pieces. How does a woman from the Great Lakes area of the USA connect with the artistry of a genius artist living in South Africa, over 8,000 miles away?
